Welcome to the Bayt Link application.

The application operates as a unified digital platform that enables real estate owners associations to manage all property matters efficiently and transparently, while ensuring easy access to all information and services.

Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the Bayt Link application. Your access to, use of, or browsing of the Bayt Link application constitutes an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, approvals, and disclosures mentioned in the Terms of Use, in addition to your commitment to the applicable guidelines mentioned on the website of any application you download.

Please stop using the services immediately if you do not agree to the Terms of Use and the applicable guidelines. If you review the Terms of Use on behalf of a legal entity, this review is considered an acknowledgment of your legal representation of that entity and that any action you take toward "Bayt Link" is binding on that legal entity.

  1. Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

"Bayt Link", "the application", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the "Bayt Link" application and Tech Oriented Digital Solutions within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to every person who visits or uses the application or website in any manner.

"Services" refers to all types of services provided by the Bayt Link application to customers.

"Content" refers to content including, but not limited to, images, texts, information, data, prices, checklists, advertisements, and all icons, symbols, letters, and numbers.

"Agreement" refers to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, all main and sub-pages of the application and website, service descriptions, all information and service content, all instructions and special agreements concluded between the application on one hand and any of the application users on the other hand, as well as contracts related to the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Privacy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy available in this application under the name "Privacy Policy", which includes all information related to how the company collects, uses, and shares personally identifiable information in relation to the services. You hereby confirm that you agree to be bound by the company's Privacy Policy.

  1. Legal Capacity and Consent

You acknowledge that you have the legal capacity required to enter into and approve this Agreement, and that you have full and unrestricted legal authority in accordance with the following conditions:

Capacity and consent of a natural person.

The user of the "Bayt Link" application must have the legal capacity required to enter into contracts, and we are not responsible for verifying the capacity of any application user.

By using the services of the "Bayt Link" application, you agree to this Agreement and acknowledge that you are legally bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document or its amendments.

  1. Legal Nature of the Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement between the "Bayt Link" application and all application annexes on one hand, and any person who visits, uses, or uses any of its properties or features on the other hand.

This Agreement is a valid contract, complete in its legal terms and elements, enforceable against all mentioned parties, and its provisions and obligations are binding on all of them. No party may withdraw from it or terminate it as long as it produces its legal effects.

All parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between them, and they agree that they have not relied on any confirmations, whether oral or written, in approving this Agreement other than the provisions stated herein.

The description of the services and the sub-pages of the application prepared by the "Bayt Link" application are an integral part of this Agreement.

All amendments and updates to the Terms and Conditions shall have the same legal status and effect as this Agreement.

  1. Digital Consent

By registering for an account in the application, or by clicking to accept the Terms and Conditions, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement and the other Terms of Service electronically, and they shall become legally effective against you from the date you register your account or from the date you click to accept the Terms of Service.

  1. Your Account

You must register and create an account in the "Bayt Link" application in order to use the services provided through the application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with your account in the application and agree to monitor all account activities. You also bear full responsibility for activities that occur in your account, except for security breaches caused by the company. The company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and shall not bear any liability for such suspension or termination.

When you subscribe to one of the subscription plans, you must select your preferred payment method and provide its information, for example a credit card, online payment services, or any other payment method we make available to you. You will be charged your subscription fees immediately once your account status is activated. You will not be charged any fees during any valid trial period, and you agree to pay all required subscription fees associated with the username and password linked to your account on the "Bayt Link" application.

By accessing our services using your credentials or any other third-party service, you permit us to access certain information from your Facebook profile or any other third-party service for use by our services. By using the services, you authorize us to collect any information that accounts or any third-party service allows to be provided to us, and to store and retain it for at least 120 consecutive days even if you stop using the application. We may also store it for longer than 120 days; however, if you stop using the application, the data will be retained in a form that does not allow linking you to the data provided after 120 consecutive days have passed from the start of use until cessation of use.

  1. Amendments to the Terms of Use or Services

Tech Oriented Digital Solutions reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If the company amends the Terms of Use, it will update this posting on the Bayt Link application and specify the effective date of the new version of the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the services after the new version of the Terms of Use is published constitutes your acceptance of any such amendments. Accordingly, you should check whether a new version of the Terms of Use has been published each time you use the services. If the amended Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, your only option is to stop using the services.

  1. Copyright

The Bayt Link application and the ideas and content within it are the exclusive intellectual property rights of Tech Oriented Digital Solutions. Any imitation or quotation of the application or any of its parts or various functions, including ideas, texts, codes, software, images, and videos, constitutes a violation of our copyright, and we will take all legal procedures against the perpetrator of such violations.

All content included or available within the application services, such as texts, logos, images, button icons, and digital content, is the property of the "Bayt Link" application and is protected by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international copyright laws.

  1. Logos and Trademarks

The Bayt Link application and its associated trademark are protected trademarks under registration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Images, logos, page headers, button icons, texts, and service names are trademarks and trade designs of the "Bayt Link" application.

It is prohibited to reproduce the trademarks or trade designs of the "Bayt Link" application in any media or advertising medium without written permission from Tech Oriented Digital Solutions.

  1. Licenses

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Use or any service terms available on the "Bayt Link" application, as well as your payment of any fees, the application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access the non-commercial use of the application services.

This license does not include resale or any commercial use of any of our services or their contents, nor does it include any copying of information available about the account for the benefit of others, any use of data mining tools, or any use of similar data collection and extraction tools.

You agree not to use the "Bayt Link" application or any service provided through it in an illegal, fraudulent, or antisocial manner as we determine.

You agree not to send any messages that are racially discriminatory, contain insults, defamation, obscene words, indecent or obscene images, or are generally inappropriate.

As a user, you are prohibited from posting any links to other applications or websites within the application, or anything containing malicious software or viruses, or intended for any fraudulent operation or any cyber hacking operations.

You are prohibited from interfering in any way with the operation of the application or workflow within it, or from declaring in any way that you represent us contrary to the truth and reality.

You may use our services only in the manner legally permitted and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Communication, Correspondence, and Notices

By agreeing to this Agreement, you agree to receive communications from us. We will contact you by mobile number, email, notices posted through the application, or through other services of the "Bayt Link" application.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy all legal requirements as if such communications were written, and they shall have the same legal effects.

The "Bayt Link" application requires your consent during the registration process for us to send messages to your mobile phone, email, or through the application for promotional purposes, in order to inform you of any changes, features, or new activities added to the application.

Any notices or complaints you wish to send to the "Bayt Link" application must be sent through the methods specified within the application, and no notices sent by means other than those specified methods shall be considered valid.

Any notices that the "Bayt Link" application wishes to send to you shall be made either by announcing them on the application or by sending them to you through the mobile number or email address you provided during registration.

  1. Legal Liability

You expressly agree that you use the "Bayt Link" application at your own personal responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining serious and credible use of the application, and you are obligated to compensate for any losses or damages that may be incurred by the application as a result of any unlawful or unauthorized use by us.

Users provide us with their information and mobile numbers at their own personal responsibility, and therefore they bear civil and criminal liability if these numbers are stolen, not registered in their names, or belong to other persons.

  1. Limits of Our Liability

We are responsible to you for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill in relation to your use of our services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is unforeseeable or not directly resulting from the services we provide. We do not exclude or limit our liability to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes any liability arising from our failure to use reasonable care and skill, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your legal rights in relation to the items. Subject to the previous paragraph, we are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your own breach of these terms, or as a result of any failure in computer technology devices or other software other than a failure in our application or website.

We may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue the services of the "Bayt Link" application by sending you notice of this, while ensuring that no financial rights of any party are prejudiced. We may also suspend your use of our services if you violate these terms and conditions or if you misuse these services from our point of view.

Without prejudice to its other rights, the "Bayt Link" application has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or access to the application at any time and for any reason, while ensuring that no financial rights of any party are prejudiced.

  1. Payment and Money Deposit Policy

The Bayt Link application relies on electronic payment through its various means, including but not limited to credit cards, Apple Pay, and other different payment methods. The application reserves the right to amend fee and payment policies at any time it deems appropriate.

Transactions in the application are conducted in Egyptian pounds, and accordingly funds are calculated and transferred in Egyptian pounds within the Arab Republic of Egypt, or the equivalent in currencies available outside Egypt, with the customer bearing any exchange rate difference if applicable.

The application undertakes not to store or disclose any information related to customers' credit cards.

Amounts paid by the customer to the application in exchange for the services provided are final and may not be increased or decreased, and may not be refunded except in the cases stated in the refund policy, if any.
